Marah Mallm
Born in Heidelberg, Germany, Marah spent the majority of her childhood in that beautiful city and its surrounding forests. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the Universität Leipzig. Currently, she is a full-time Master’s student in the Writing Program at the University of Galway. She has self-published five collections of poetry.
She is most interested in poetry, flash fiction, and contemporary fiction across various genres. She has a fondness for all things weird, spooky, and adventurous.

Anna Kabel
Originally from New York, Anna is a Danish-American who has spent the last three years working and living in Copenhagen. She holds a Bachelor’s in Creative Writing from SUNY Brockport and is now a Master’s Student at the University of Galway in the Writing Program.
Her interests include contemporary literature, short stories, design, and visual art.

Though born in Frankfurt, Germany, Sophie was raised in the United States, primarily in Kansas City, Missouri. She is completing her MA in Writing at the University of Galway in 2026. The first piece of writing she published is a nonfiction story called 'July 8th' and was published in Across The Margin.
Since then, she has published two other pieces in literary magazines Suburban Witchcraft and Active Muse. She primarily writes fiction and poetry, and is currently working on her debut romance novel.

Sophie Schulze
Lise Chaubron
Born in Clermont-Ferrand, France, Lise grew up surrounded by misty lakes and dormant volcanoes that fueled her passion for folklore and mythology. She holds a bachelor of English Studies from Université Clermont Auvergne and is currently pursuing her MA in English at the University of Galway.
She has a particular interest in fantasy, antiques, and subversive artistic spaces.

Caoilfhin Foley
Originally from County Kerry, Caoilfhin is an aspiring writer and poet. She has had work published in The Independent, Southword, and Swerve Magazine, among others. When not writing, you can find her on Instagram (@caoilfhin).
She is currently undertaking residency in The Medusa’s email inbox.

Leslie Simon
Based in Arizona, Leslie is a feminist author with a passion for supernatural historical drama and a deep love of fresh narrative voices. Her work has been published in The Southern Quill and The Medusa. Her poetry chapbook, Wicked Women, was published by Resource Publications in February 2025.
When she isn’t writing, Leslie can be found haunting antique-filled thrift stores or wandering the halls of Victorian museums with a book under her arm and a wistful smile on her face.
